How It Works

The BSL Experience

One semester. Eight sessions. A lifetime of impact. Here's how the journey unfolds.

Step 01

Apply & Get Selected

Submit your application. We review your academics, leadership, and drive. Only the most exceptional Black students make it through. Selective by design.

Step 02

Join the Cohort

Every other Saturday for 4 months. 8 high-impact sessions. You're part of an elite group of young Black leaders all leveling up together.

Step 03

Learn & Execute

Each session: a short video, a real conversation, and an activity you actually implement. Topics cover everything from resume to financial literacy.

Step 04

Build Your Network

Connect with a powerful cohort of Black achievers. Leverage each other's hiring managers, opportunities, and networks for life.
